Contact
Let's take the first step together
Reaching out for support can feel daunting, but you don't have to have everything figured out before making contact.
Whether you're ready to book an appointment or simply have a question about whether Growing You Psychology is the right fit for you, I'd be pleased to hear from you.
What to Expect
Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. Together, we'll explore what has brought you to therapy, discuss your goals, and consider the most helpful path forward.
My aim is to provide a warm, compassionate and collaborative space where you feel genuinely heard, understood and supported from the very beginning.
Before Your First Appointment
Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive secure online forms to complete before your session. These include your intake paperwork, consent forms and any information that will help us make the most of our time together.
If you have any questions before your appointment, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

If you need immediate support

Looking for support doesn't mean you're in crisis.
Sometimes reaching out is simply the first step towards feeling more like yourself again.
Whether you're navigating pregnancy, parenthood, grief, anxiety, trauma or another significant life transition, you don't have to face it alone.
If you're ready to begin, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you.
