About Leah

I feel privileged to walk alongside people during some of life's most vulnerable moments. My hope is that every person who enters my practice leaves feeling understood, supported and more confident in their ability to move forward.

Hi, I'm Leah.

I'm a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about supporting people through life's most emotionally significant transitions.

Whether you're navigating pregnancy, becoming a parent, coping with grief or trauma, adjusting to a major life change, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I provide a compassionate, evidence-based space where you can slow down, make sense of your experiences, and move towards meaningful change.

My clinical experience includes supporting individuals and families through pregnancy complications, birth trauma, reproductive loss, grief, anxiety, depression and significant life transitions. Every person's story is unique, and I believe therapy should reflect that.

My Approach

How I work with you

No two people arrive in therapy with the same story, which is why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.

Together, we'll explore what has brought you to therapy, understand the experiences that have shaped you, and develop practical strategies that support your goals and values.

My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity and evidence-based practice. I believe many of our struggles make sense within the context of our life experiences and relationships, and that lasting change often begins with feeling genuinely heard and understood.

My therapeutic approach includes:

Attachment-informed

Understanding how early relationships and life experiences shape the way we see ourselves, others and the world around us.

Emotionally focused

Creating space to understand emotions with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgement.

Evidence-based

Drawing from therapies such as CBT, ACT, EMDR and Compassion Focused Therapy to tailor treatment to your individual needs.

A Little About Me

Beyond the therapy room, I'm a wife and mother, and my own experiences have deepened my appreciation for both the joys and complexities of family life.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me enjoying a good book with my book club, exploring nature, or walking Lola, our very lovable Cavoodle.

These moments of rest, connection and time outdoors help me stay grounded, and they remind me of something I often encourage my clients to prioritise making space for the things that nurture wellbeing, even during life's busiest seasons.
