Beginning psychological support is an investment in yourself and your wellbeing.
My aim is to provide a warm, collaborative and evidence-based space where you
feel heard, understood and supported as you navigate life's challenges.
Appointment Fees
Standard Psychology Appointment
50–60 minutes
Fee: $250
Payment is required on the day of your appointment. EFTPOS and major credit cards are accepted.
Medicare Rebates
If you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate.
Medicare Rebate: $149.05
Out-of-pocket cost: $100.95
Following your appointment, your Medicare rebate can be processed electronically and deposited directly into your nominated bank account.
Referrals
You do not need a referral to book an appointment.
However, if you wish to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician.
Both GP referrals and self-referrals are welcome.
Private Health Insurance
If you have extras cover that includes psychology, you may be eligible to claim through your private health fund. As rebates vary between insurers and individual policies, I recommend contacting your health fund directly to confirm your level of cover.
Please note that Medicare and private health rebates generally cannot be claimed for the same appointment.
Telehealth
Telehealth appointments are available for adults anywhere in Australia.
Many clients find Telehealth to be a flexible and effective way to access psychological support from the comfort of home.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or not attended, incur a $50 cancellation fee.
This policy allows appointment times to be offered to other clients seeking support.
